We are looking for a responsible and trustworthy Collection Executive to collect chit installment payments from customers, maintain positive customer relationships, and ensure timely collections.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Visit customers to collect monthly chit installment payments.
Issue payment receipts after every collection.
Follow up with customers on pending or overdue payments.
Maintain accurate records of collections and submit daily reports.
Deposit collected cash/cheques as per company guidelines.
Resolve basic customer queries and escalate issues when required.
Build and maintain valuable relationships with customers.
Ensure all collections are completed within the assigned schedule.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
