Job Summary

Lampzon India Lighting Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a motivated and customer-focused Tele Sales Executive to join our sales team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and a passion for sales. You will be responsible for generating leads, making outbound calls, following up with potential customers, and converting inquiries into sales while maintaining strong customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
Explain the company's lighting products, features, and offers.
Generate new sales leads and convert inquiries into orders.
Follow up on customer inquiries and quotations.
Maintain and update customer records in the CRM/Excel.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Coordinate with the sales and dispatch teams for timely order processing.
Handle customer queries and provide product information.
Identify opportunities for repeat business and customer referrals.

Required Skills




Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong convincing and negotiation abilities.
Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Ability to work under sales targets and deadlines.
Customer-focused with a positive attitude.
Good follow-up and relationship management skills.

Eligibility
Graduate or Undergraduate (Any Stream).
6 months to 2 years of experience in Tele Sales, Tele Calling, Inside Sales, Customer Support, or a similar role.
Experience in the electrical, lighting, hardware, or building materials industry will be an added advantage.
