Are you passionate about supporting children in their learning journey? We are looking for a compassionate, patient, and dedicated Shadow Teacher to provide one-on-one support to a student, helping them participate confidently in classroom activities and develop academically, socially, and emotionally.

Key Responsibilities:
Provide individualized support to the assigned student during school hours.
Assist the student in following classroom routines and completing academic tasks.
Encourage independence while offering guidance when required.
Support the student's social interactions and emotional well-being.
Collaborate with class teachers, special educators, and parents to ensure consistent progress.
Observe and document the student's progress and share regular updates with the school team.
Maintain confidentiality and uphold a positive, inclusive learning workplace.





Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, Child Development, or a related field (preferred).
Prior experience working with children, especially those with diverse learning needs, is an advantage.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Patient, empathetic, and committed to child-centered learning.
Ability to work collaboratively with teachers and parents.
