Responsibility:
Oversee all aspects of the F&B; department, ensuring smooth and productive service.
Hire, train, supervise, and evaluate staff, including kitchen staff, waitstaff, and bar staff.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and address any complaints or issues promptly.
Manage inventory levels, order supplies, and minimize waste.
Monitor costs, manage budgets, and identify areas for cost reduction.
Maintain high standards of food quality and presentation.
Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations.
Menu and Product Development
Financial Management
Assist with marketing and promotional activities for the F&B; department.
Identify and resolve problems efficiently.
Communicate effectively with staff, customers, and other departments.
