Nursery Teacher – Job Requirements

Position: Nursery Teacher
Location: Dinis International Preschool

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree (Graduation) with NTT, Montessori, ECCEd, D.El.Ed., or equivalent teaching qualification.
Minimum 1 year of experience in a preschool or early childhood education setting.
Excellent communication skills English
Robust art and craft skills with the ability to create creative classroom activities, teaching aids, and decorations.
Passion for working with young children (2–5 years).
Ability to create a safe, engaging, and joyful learning workplace.
Knowledge of age-appropriate teaching methods, phonics, rhymes, storytelling, and activity-based learning.
Strong classroom management and child observation skills.
Positive organizational, teamwork, and interpersonal skills.




Basic computer skills for lesson planning and maintaining records.
Patient, creative, energetic, and caring personality.

Key Responsibilities:
Plan and conduct engaging daily classroom activities.
Design and conduct creative art and craft activities for children.
Prepare attractive classroom displays and teaching-learning materials.
Ensure the safety and well-being of every child.
Monitor children's learning and developmental progress.
Communicate regularly with parents regarding student progress.
Maintain classroom cleanliness, learning materials, and displays.
Participate in school events, PTMs, and staff meetings.

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹13,000.00 per month
