Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and civil systems.
Troubleshoot and repair electrical panels, lighting, sockets, switches, and distribution boards.
Carry out plumbing maintenance, including pipelines, valves, faucets, pumps, and sanitary fixtures.
Attend minor carpentry, painting, masonry, and false ceiling repair works.
Monitor and maintain DG sets, UPS, pumps, STP/WTP, and other utility equipment.
Support maintenance of fire alarm, fire hydrant, and firefighting systems.
Record daily maintenance activities and update logbooks and checklists.
Respond promptly to maintenance complaints and emergency breakdowns.
Ensure compliance with safety procedures and use appropriate PPE.
Coordinate with supervisors and contractors for major maintenance activities.
Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas in positive condition.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
