Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end SAP training batch operations.
Coordinate with trainers for class scheduling and batch planning.
Act as the primary point of contact between trainers and candidates.
Manage admissions, CRM records, and candidate data.
Track fee collections and follow up on pending payments.
Manage trainer onboarding, availability, and batch allocation.
Support current course launches and arrange required study materials.
Monitor attendance, batch progress, and candidate support.
Coordinate with HR, Academic, and Sales teams for smooth operations.

Requirements
Graduate in any discipline.
2+ years of experience in Training Operations, Academic Operations, or EdTech.
Valuable communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
Basic knowledge of CRM, Excel, and MS Office.
Ability to manage multiple batches and stakeholders efficiently

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
