We are looking for a passionate and energetic Student Counsellor to guide students who aspire to study abroad. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a student-first approach, and the ability to convert enquiries into successful admissions.
Key Responsibilities
Counsel students on study abroad prospects.
Guide students in selecting the right country, course, and university.
Handle walk-ins, phone calls, WhatsApp, and online enquiries.
Assist students throughout the application and admission process.
Follow up with prospective students and maintain CRM records.
Coordinate with the admissions and visa processing teams.
Achieve monthly admission and conversion targets.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
1–2 years of experience in overseas education counselling or academic counselling preferred. Freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply.
Strong English and Malayalam communication skills.
Good interpersonal, counselling, and sales skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems is an added advantage.
