Job Title: Night Receptionist cum PT Coordinator

Job Summary:
We are looking for a responsible and proactive Night Receptionist cum PT Coordinator to manage the reception during the night shift and coordinate patient services. The ideal candidate should be able to handle admissions, patient registration, and reception duties independently while ensuring smooth communication with the Director and clinical team.

Key Responsibilities:
Independently manage the reception during the night shift.
Handle patient admissions, registrations, and discharge-related documentation.
Welcome and assist patients and their attendants professionally.
Coordinate physiotherapy (PT) appointments and patient schedules.
Maintain accurate patient records and ensure proper documentation.
Attend phone calls and respond to patient inquiries.
Coordinate with the Director regarding admissions, patient updates, and operational requirements.
Communicate effectively with doctors, physiotherapists, nursing staff, and other departments.




Ensure the reception area is organized and all administrative tasks are completed accurately.
Prepare daily reports and hand over pending work to the morning shift.

Eligibility:
Graduate or equivalent qualification.
GDA (General Duty Assistant) or Nursing experience preferred.
Experience in hospital reception, patient coordination, or healthcare administration is preferred.
Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with hospital management software is an advantage.
Ability to work independently during the night shift.

Pay: From ₹12,000.00 per month
