Job Description:
We are looking for a highly responsible Site Supervisor who can take full ownership of interior project execution. If you cannot handle timelines, quality, and site pressure, this role is not for you.
Responsibilities:
Take accurate site measurements and validate drawings
Coordinate with design & factory for smooth execution
Handle complete in office installation (kitchens, wardrobes)
Ensure zero rework, clean finish, and on-time delivery
Manage workers, solve site problems, and update progress daily
Requirements:
2–5 years of experience in interior/site execution
Robust knowledge of modular kitchens/wardrobes
Ability to read drawings and handle site teams independently
Must be detail-oriented, fast, and accountable
