Key Responsibilities Consulting, Research & Advisory support
Development of technical proposals, consulting frameworks, methodologies, ToC frameworks and sampling approaches.
Conduct secondary research and sectoral analysis
Assist in designing quantitative and qualitative research tools

Field Research & Data Management
Conduct, Coordinate & support field studies, surveys, FGDs and KIIs
Manage, clean and analyse datasets using Excel/SPSS/STATA (preferred)
Ensure data quality, triangulation and interpretation of findings

Reporting & Documentation
Contribute to preparation of:

· Impact assessment reports

· Baseline/end-line studies

· Presentations and executive summaries

· Case studies and knowledge documents
Translate data and field insights into actionable recommendations and advisory insights. Coordination




Coordinate with clients, thematic experts, field teams and implementation partners
Support project documentation and timeline management

Relationship Management & Technology Platform Implementation

· Build relationships with NGOs, CSR Foundations and Corporate CSR teams.

· Identify prospective clients and implementation partners.

· Support implementation and onboarding of Transunifyy's CSR & NGO Management Platform

· Liaise with product and technical teams.

· Gather client feedback for product improvements.

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
