Job Title: Technical Executive – AutoCAD / PLC & SCADA Trainer

Job Summary

We are looking for enthusiastic and technically skilled professionals to join our team as Technical Executives for delivering training in AutoCAD and PLC & SCADA. Candidates should have strong technical knowledge, excellent communication skills, and a passion for teaching and mentoring students.

Key Responsibilities
Deliver classroom and practical training sessions on AutoCAD and PLC & SCADA.
Prepare lesson plans, practical assignments, and assessments.
Guide students on projects, technical concepts, and industry practices.
Monitor student progress and provide constructive feedback.
Resolve technical queries and support students throughout the training.
Maintain attendance, batch records, and training documentation.
Coordinate with the academic team to ensure smooth batch execution.

Required Skills

AutoCAD
Strong knowledge of AutoCAD (2D & 3D).
Understanding of engineering drawings and drafting standards.

PLC & SCADA
Knowledge of PLC programming and SCADA systems.
Familiarity with HMI, Industrial Automation, Sensors, Actuators, and VFDs.




Exposure to PLC platforms such as Siemens, Allen-Bradley, Delta, Mitsubishi, or equivalent is an advantage.

Eligibility
Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical, Civil, Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, Automation, or a related engineering discipline.
Minimum 1 year of industry or training experience preferred.
Freshers with solid technical knowledge and good communication skills are encouraged to apply.
