Client Consultation: Advise clients on the correct visa category, specific application requirements, and timelines.
Application Processing: Fill out online Chinese Visa Application Service Center (CVASC) forms and book appointment slots for biometric submissions.
Embasssy Liaison: Track the progress of applications, respond to embassy queries, and coordinate with internal travel desks for flight/hotel bookings.
Work Experience: Typically 0 to 5+ years of experience in immigration, overseas education, or corporate travel management.
Technical Knowledge: Deep understanding of current Chinese visa policies, local tax/employment rules, and embassy protocols.
Soft Skills: Excellent verbal communication, customer service, conflict resolution, and high attention to detail.
