Key Responsibilities

Maintenance
Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance of mechanical equipment and machinery.
Inspect, repair, and replace worn or damaged mechanical components.
Maintain pumps, compressors, conveyors, gearboxes, motors, bearings, valves, and hydraulic/pneumatic systems.
Lubricate and service equipment as per the maintenance schedule.
Minimize machine downtime through timely troubleshooting and repairs.

Installation & Repairs
Assist in installation, commissioning, and testing of recent machinery.
Assemble and dismantle mechanical equipment as required.
Read and interpret mechanical drawings, blueprints, and maintenance manuals.
Carry out alignment, fitting, and calibration of mechanical components.

Inspection & Troubleshooting
Identify mechanical faults and perform corrective maintenance.




Conduct routine inspections to detect wear, leaks, vibrations, or abnormal equipment conditions.
Recommend improvements to enhance equipment performance and reliability.

Safety & Compliance
Follow all company safety procedures and use appropriate PPE.
Ensure compliance with maintenance standards and statutory safety requirements.
Maintain a clean and organized work area (5S practices).

Documentation
Record maintenance activities, breakdown reports, and equipment history.
Report recurring equipment issues to the supervisor.
Maintain inventory of spare parts and tools.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
