Accounts Payable Executive
Location: Coimbatore

Key Responsibilities
Process vendor invoices accurately and ensure timely payment processing.
Manage the end-to-end Procure-to-Pay (P2P) process.
Perform invoice verification, PO matching (2-way/3-way matching), and resolve invoice discrepancies.
Handle vendor queries and maintain solid vendor relationships.
Prepare and maintain AP reports, MIS reports, and payment trackers.
Perform client account reconciliations and follow up on outstanding issues.
Coordinate with Procurement, Finance, and Business teams for invoice and business plan.
Ensure compliance with company policies, accounting standards, and internal controls.
Maintain proper documentation and records of contents and Agreements.
Support month-end closing activities and audit report requirements.

Experience with ERP systems (SAP/Oracle/NetSuite/Dynamics is preferred)
Positive communication and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications




Bachelor's degree in B.Com, M.Com, BBA, MBA (Finance), or a related field.
1–2 years of experience in Accounts Payable, Finance Operations, or P2P processes.
Experience in ERP-based invoice processing is an added advantage.
