We are looking for a Customer Support & Marketing to join our wellness team. The candidate will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, providing information about our yoga and wellness programs, and ensuring a smooth experience for students and clients.
Responsibilities :
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and WhatsApp.
Provide detailed information about yoga courses, retreats, and wellness programs.
Assist customers with bookings, payments, and general queries.
Maintain customer records and follow up with potential clients.
Coordinate with the operations team to ensure smooth customer service.
Requirements :
1–3 years of experience in customer support & marketing or client handling.
Valuable communication skills in English.
Basic computer knowledge (Email, MS Office, CRM tools).
Friendly personality and problem-solving attitude.
Interest in yoga, or wellness industry is a plus.
