Roles & Responsibilities:
Track and monitor vehicles through GPS systems.
Provide timely status updates to customers regarding vehicle movement.
Coordinate with drivers and follow up in case of vehicle delays or long hold times.
Ensure smooth communication between drivers, customers, and operations team.
Maintain proper tracking records and reports.
Eligibility Criteria:
Minimum qualification: 12th Pass.
Valuable communication and coordination skills.
Basic computer knowledge is required.
Freshers can also apply.
Working Details:
6 working days in a week.
Rotational shifts from office.
Weekly off will be rotational (no fixed off day).
