Business Development & LinkedIn Marketing Specialist

Responsibilities
Generate new business leads through LinkedIn, email, phone calls, networking, and online research.
Build and maintain a database of architects, builders, developers, interior designers, and other potential clients.
Manage LinkedIn marketing activities, including profile optimisation, outreach, and lead generation.
Qualify enquiries, prepare quotations, and follow up with prospective clients.
Coordinate with clients from initial enquiry through project completion.
Manage project updates, client communication, revisions, and follow-ups.
Follow up on invoices and maintain robust client relationships to encourage repeat business.





Requirements
2+ years' experience in business development, sales, lead generation, or client servicing.
Robust knowledge of LinkedIn marketing and lead generation strategies.
Excellent communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills.
Solid organisational and follow-up abilities.
Experience using CRM software and LinkedIn Sales Navigator is an advantage.
Experience in the architectural, construction, media, creative, or production industry is preferred.
