Key Responsibilities:

Branch Leadership
Take complete ownership of branch performance, including sales, operations, profitability and customer experience.
Develop branch plans to achieve revenue, operational, and service goals.
Monitor branch KPIs and implement corrective actions where required.
Ensure compliance with company policies and operational standards.
Expand business by acquiring recent enterprise and corporate customers.
Build relationships with CXOs, IT Heads, Procurement Managers, HR and Administration teams.
Drive growth in IT Infrastructure Rental, including laptops, desktops, servers, workstations, networking equipment, storage and project-based deployments.
Review pricing strategies and approve commercial proposals.
