We are seeking a passionate, energetic, and goal-driven Education Counsellor to support prospective students in selecting appropriate academic programs based on their interests, aspirations, and eligibility. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a student-centric mindset, and a drive to achieve high conversion rates.

Key Responsibilities:
Counsel students on academic pathways, career options, and course selections aligned with their goals and interests.
Handle inbound and outbound calls to provide personalized admission guidance.
Offer accurate and detailed information about courses, universities, and admission requirements.
Assist students throughout the application process, including documentation and timelines.




Build and maintain relationships through regular follow-ups with prospective students.
Maintain detailed records of counselling sessions and outcomes in the CRM system.

Key Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Robust interpersonal, listening, and problem-solving abilities.
Target-driven with a proactive and self-motivated attitude.
Prior experience in education counselling or student advisory roles is a plus.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
