Job Summary:
We are looking for a confident and proactive telecaller with solid communication skills and a basic understanding of IT systems. The ideal candidate should be comfortable using computers, managing data, and handling client interactions, with a solid background in sales—preferably in real estate or related sectors.
Key Responsibilities:
Engage with prospective clients through calls, messages, and in-person meetings.
Explain project details, pricing, location advantages, and offerings clearly and professionally.
Maintain and update customer data using CRM, Excel, and other digital tools.
Follow up with leads and convert inquiries into site visits and sales.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth client handling and follow-ups.
Provide accurate information and assist customers throughout the decision-making process.
Achieve monthly sales targets and maintain strong client relationships.
Requirements:
Must be computer savvy with basic IT and software knowledge (CRM, Excel, email handling).
Solid communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle clients professionally and confidently.
Target-oriented, self-motivated, and disciplined.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
