Key Responsibilities:
Generate recent business prospects and maintain relationships with existing customers.
Handle customer inquiries, quotations, and follow-ups.
Coordinate with customers regarding orders, deliveries, and payment status.
Prepare and maintain sales reports, MIS, and customer databases.
Process sales orders and ensure timely execution.
Coordinate with production, dispatch, logistics, and accounts departments for order fulfillment.
Track order status and update customers regularly.
Assist in achieving sales targets and business growth.
Resolve customer complaints and ensure customer satisfaction.
Prepare presentations, proposals, and other sales-related documents.
Support the sales team in daily operations and administrative tasks.
Maintain records of customer communications, orders, and contracts
Pay: ₹9,798.91 - ₹50,000.00 per month
