Key Responsibilities and Duties
Preventive Maintenance: Develop and implement schedules to inspect and service machinery, preventing unexpected breakdowns.
Troubleshooting & Repair: Diagnose mechanical failures and dismantle, repair, or replace defective parts.
Installation: Set up recent production machinery and equipment.
Documentation: Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, repairs, and machine performance.
Safety Compliance: Ensure all machinery operates within safety regulations (e.g., IATF,ISO) and maintain a clean, secure workspace.
Technical Support: Train production operators on daily maintenance tasks and proper machine usage.
