To mobilize beneficiaries/participants for programs by conducting field outreach activities and ensuring consistent engagement with communities.

Key Responsibilities:
Conduct field visits to identify and mobilize beneficiaries for various programs
Build and maintain relationships with local communities, institutions, and stakeholders
Create awareness about organizational programs and initiatives
Coordinate with internal teams for enrolment and participation
Maintain records of outreach activities and beneficiary data
Organize and support community meetings, camps, and awareness sessions
Provide regular updates and reports on mobilization activities

Key Skills & Requirements:
Positive communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to engage with diverse communities
Basic documentation and reporting skills
Self-motivated and target-oriented
Willingness to travel on a regular basis is mandatory

Preferred Qualification:
Graduate in any discipline
Prior experience in NGO/community outreach will be an added advantage

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
