Job Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Accounts Executive to manage daily financial transactions, maintain accurate records, and support the overall financial operations of the organization. The ideal candidate should have solid knowledge of accounting principles and experience in handling financial data efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain daily accounting records and bookkeeping
Handle accounts payable and receivable
Prepare invoices, bills, and financial statements
Manage GST filing, TDS, and other statutory compliance
Reconcile bank statements and ledgers
Monitor expenses and ensure cost control
Assist in monthly and yearly financial closing
Coordinate with auditors and internal teams
Maintain proper documentation of financial transactions
Required Skills
Strong knowledge of accounting principles
Experience with accounting software (Tally, Excel, etc.)
Positive understanding of GST and taxation
Attention to detail and accuracy
Time management and organizational skills
Basic financial analysis skills
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com) or related field
Additional certification (CA Inter / CMA / MBA Finance – optional)
Preferred (Jewellery Industry)
Experience in gold/diamond jewellery accounting
Understanding of stock valuation and metal rate fluctuations
