Experienced Store Manager with over 9–10 years of expertise in managing large-format furniture and electronics showrooms. Proven ability to drive sales growth, lead high-performing teams, enhance customer satisfaction, and ensure smooth day-to-day store operations. Skilled in inventory management, merchandising, staff development, and achieving business targets while maintaining high operational standards.

Key Responsibilities
Manage complete showroom operations, ensuring smooth daily business activities.
Drive sales performance and consistently achieve monthly and annual revenue targets.
Lead, motivate, train, and supervise sales and operations teams.
Deliver exceptional customer service and resolve customer concerns effectively.




Plan and implement promotional activities, seasonal campaigns, and visual merchandising.
Monitor inventory levels, stock movement, and coordinate replenishment to minimize stock-outs.
Ensure proper display and presentation of furniture and electronics products.
Prepare sales reports, analyze KPIs, and recommend strategies to improve business performance.
Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for product availability and timely deliveries.
Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and operational procedures.
Control store expenses and optimize profitability.
Handle billing, cash management, audits, and documentation accurately.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
