Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated Sales Manager to drive room and banquet sales, develop corporate business, and maintain robust client relationships to achieve revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities
Generate new business through corporate and travel trade accounts.
Maintain and grow existing client relationships.
Conduct sales calls, client meetings, and hotel presentations.
Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
Negotiate contracts and corporate rates.
Coordinate with hotel operations to ensure guest satisfaction.
Prepare sales reports and monitor market trends.

Requirements
Graduate in Hospitality, Marketing, Business, or related field.
0–3 years of hotel sales experience.
Robust communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
Knowledge of corporate sales and local market dynamics.

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
