Job Title: Design Manager – Solar
Location: Mumbai
Department: Engineering / Design
Experience: 4–8 Years (Solar Industry Preferred)

Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the design and engineering of solar PV projects (Rooftop & Utility scale).
Develop detailed electrical and structural designs using tools like AutoCAD, SketchUp, and PVsyst.
Perform system sizing, energy yield analysis, and feasibility studies.
Ensure all designs comply with industry standards, client specifications, and statutory regulations.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams including project execution, procurement, and sales.
Review and approve design drawings, layouts, and technical documentation.
Optimize project design for cost, efficiency, and performance.




Provide technical support during project execution and resolve design-related issues.

Key Skills Required:
Solid experience in Solar Project Design
Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, PVsyst
Knowledge of structural analysis (STAAD or equivalent)
Understanding of electrical systems and solar components
Valuable analytical and problem-solving skills
Effective communication and team management skills

Educational Qualification:
Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical / Mechanical / Renewable Energy Engineering

Preferred Industry:

Solar EPC / Renewable Energy

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
