Qualification: B.com, M.com, Finance, or a related field.
Experience: 2–4 years
Preferred Skills: • Qualified qualifications such as Institute of Chartered Accountants of India CA, or CPA (completed or pursuing) may be preferred. • Solid understanding of accounting principles and auditing standards. • Knowledge of auditing techniques and internal controls. • Financial statement analysis. • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software. • Attention to detail and analytical thinking. • Solid communication and report-writing skills. • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines. • Problem-solving and organizational skills.
Job Description:
Prepare and review Statements of Advice (SOA) and Records of Advice (ROA) for Financial Advisors.
Conduct detailed research on investment products,
strategies and compliance requirements.
Collaborate with Financial Advisors to implement risk management, tax planning and wealth-building strategies for clients.
Ensure compliance with all internal controls and external regulatory requirements.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date client profiles in financial planning software.
Liaise regularly with Financial Advisors and service providers to gather necessary information.
Provide training and mentorship to Junior Paraplanners and Assistant Paraplanners.
Assist in troubleshooting complex financial planning tasks and resolving issues.
