Job Summary

We are seeking a knowledgeable and student-focused Academic Advisor to guide students through the process of selecting suitable academic programs and pursuing higher education opportunities abroad.

Key Responsibilities
Counsel students on overseas education opportunities based on their academic profile, career goals, and budget.
Assess student eligibility for universities, colleges, and academic programs.
Provide accurate information about study destinations, admission requirements, tuition fees, scholarships, and visa processes.
Assist students in selecting suitable universities and preparing application documents.
Guide students in preparing Statements of Purpose (SOPs), Letters of Recommendation (LORs), resumes, and other admission-related documents.
Coordinate with university representatives regarding admissions, application status, and offer letters.




Monitor application deadlines and ensure timely submission of required documents.
Advise students on scholarship prospects and financial planning.
Support students throughout the admission, visa, and pre-departure process.
Maintain accurate student records using CRM or student management systems.
Build and maintain robust relationships with partner universities and educational institutions.
Participate in education fairs, seminars, webinars, and promotional events.
Stay updated on international education policies, admission trends, and immigration regulations.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹42,263.73 per month
