Digital Marketing Executive :

We are looking for a results-driven Digital Marketing professional who can plan, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across digital platforms to drive leads, conversions, and measurable business growth. This role is focused on paid media, analytics, and funnel optimization rather than organic social media handling.

Key Responsibilities :
Plan, execute, and scale paid campaigns across:
Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube)
Optimize campaigns for lead generation, conversions, and ROI
Perform audience targeting, retargeting, and funnel optimization
Conduct A/B testing for creatives, copies, and landing pages
Monitor and improve key metrics:
CPC, CPM, CTR, CPL, CPA, ROAS
Build and manage lead funnels:
Landing pages
Analyze campaign performance and share:
Weekly reports
Insights & actionable recommendations
Implement basic SEO & tracking setup:
Google Analytics
Pixel tracking




Conversion trackingRequirements:
Strong hands-on experience with:
Meta Ads Manager (mandatory)
Google Ads (preferred)
Good understanding of:
Conversion funnels
Lead generation strategies
Retargeting & remarketing
Robust analytical mindset with data-driven decision making
Basic understanding of:
Landing page optimization
Tracking tools (Google Analytics, Pixel, Tag Manager)
Good copywriting skills (performance-focused; English required, Hindi preferred)
