Job Title: Gold Loan Field Sales Officer
Key Responsibilities:
Generate leads and acquire current Gold Loan customers through field sales.
Visit customers and promote Gold Loan products.
Achieve monthly sales and disbursement targets.
Build solid customer relationships and generate referrals.
Coordinate with the branch for documentation and loan processing.
Ensure KYC compliance and timely customer follow-ups.
Eligibility:
Graduate in any discipline.
1–5 years of field sales experience in Gold Loan, Banking, NBFC, or BFSI.
Positive communication and customer handling skills.
Must be target-driven and willing to travel locally.
Pay: ₹11,112.76 - ₹31,499.57 per month
