Job Summary

We are looking for a agile and customer-focused Pre-Sales Executive to manage incoming leads, engage with prospective clients, and support the sales team in converting inquiries into site visits and closures. The role requires excellent communication skills, timely follow-ups, and efficient CRM/ERP handling to ensure a smooth and positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

Lead Handling & Follow-ups
Handle inbound and outbound calls from job portals, website inquiries, walk-ins, and marketing campaigns.
Understand customer requirements such as budget, location preference, and purchase timeline.
Share accurate project details including pricing, layouts, amenities, and ongoing offers.
Conduct regular and structured follow-ups to nurture leads and maintain engagement.

Sales Coordination
Schedule site visits and meetings for the sales team.
Coordinate with sales executives to ensure smooth and timely lead handover.
Support the sales closure process by sharing relevant client information and documentation.

CRM / ERP & Reporting
Update and maintain all lead details in CRM / ERP software.
Track follow-ups, site visits, and conversion status accurately.
Prepare and submit daily and weekly lead, follow-up,



and performance reports.

Customer Relationship Management
Ensure a professional, polite, and positive experience for all prospective customers.
Handle basic customer queries and escalate complex concerns to the sales team when required.
Collect customer feedback after site visits and update the internal team accordingly.

Required Skills & Competencies
Good verbal and written communication skills.
Strong follow-up, convincing, and negotiation abilities.
Well-versed in ERP and CRM software.
Proficient in MS Excel (data entry, tracking, basic reports).
Ability to handle multiple leads and work in a fast-paced environment.
Fluency in Hindi and Marathi is mandatory; basic English communication preferred.
Customer-oriented mindset with attention to detail.

Job Type: Full time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
