Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and target-oriented Sales Executive who can generate leads, convert inquiries into bookings, and build strong relationships with customers. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and a passion for sales and travel.

Key Responsibilities
Respond to customer inquiries through phone calls, WhatsApp, email, and social media.
Promote domestic and international holiday packages.
Generate new leads and convert them into confirmed bookings.
Build and maintain solid customer relationships.
Follow up with potential clients and existing customers.
Achieve monthly sales targets.
Coordinate with the operations team to ensure smooth booking and customer service.
Maintain accurate customer records and sales reports.
Stay updated with travel destinations, packages,



and promotional offers.

Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
Minimum 1 year of experience in Sales, Travel, Tourism, or Customer Relationship Management.
Excellent communication skills in English and Malayalam.
Robust negotiation and interpersonal skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM software.
Ability to work in a target-driven environment.

Preferred Skills
Experience in travel sales is an added advantage.
Strong customer service and problem-solving abilities.
Self-motivated and result-oriented.
Ability to handle multiple customer inquiries efficiently.
