Key Responsibilities: Use AI tools (such as ChatGPT, Gemini or similar platforms) to support research,documentation, data analysis and day to day report.
Perform quick and accurate calculators related to pricing,costs, quantities, margins and currency conversions.
Assist with import and foreign trade documentation (on the job training will be provided).
Cooordinate with suppliers, freight forwarders,custom agents and internal teams to ensure smooth import operations.
Prepare and maintain accurate records, reports and spreadsheets.
Track shipments and follow up on documentation to ensure timely processing.
Identify prospects to improve efficiency by leveraging AI tools and digital solutions.
Support the foreign trade team with administrative and operational tasks as required.
Required Skills: Valuable mental math and numerical aptitude.
Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini or similar platforms.
Proficiency in MS Office and especially excel.
willingness to learn import import documentation and international trade processes.
Attention to detail and ability to work independently.
