The Assistant Teacher will support the class teacher in creating a safe, nurturing, and engaging learning environment for young children. The role involves assisting in classroom activities, ensuring student well-being, and helping in the overall development of children.

Key Responsibilities
Assist the class teacher in planning and executing daily classroom activities
Support children in learning basic skills like communication, motor skills, and social interaction
Help maintain discipline and a positive classroom setting
Ensure safety and hygiene of children at all times
Assist in feeding, toileting, and general care (if required)
Prepare and organize teaching aids, worksheets, and classroom materials
Supervise children during playtime, lunch breaks, and school activities
Help in maintaining student records and portfolios




Communicate politely with parents when required
Participate in school events, celebrations, and meetings

Qualifications & Skills
Minimum qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate (preferably with NTT/ECCE certification)
Prior experience in pre-primary classes will be an added advantage
Positive communication and interpersonal skills
Patience, warmth, and a caring attitude towards children
Basic understanding of child development
