Position: Mechanical Site Engineer
Qualification: Diploma / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering
Experience: 3–4 Years
Industry: PEB (Pre-Engineered Building) Structure Fabrication & Erection
Job Responsibilities:
Supervise and monitor PEB structure fabrication and erection activities at the project site.
Ensure work is executed according to approved drawings, specifications, and project schedules.
Coordinate with project managers, contractors, fabricators, and site teams for smooth project execution.
Inspect structural components, materials, and workmanship to ensure quality standards are maintained.
Monitor fabrication, welding, bolting, alignment, and erection activities.
Prepare daily progress reports and update project status to management.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and site safety procedures.
Resolve technical issues arising during fabrication and erection works.
Coordinate material requirements and verify material consumption at the site.
Conduct site measurements and inspections before, during, and after installation.
Assist in project planning, scheduling, and resource allocation.
Ensure timely completion of work while maintaining quality and safety standards.
Required Skills:
Knowledge of PEB structures, steel fabrication, and erection processes.
Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and structural layouts.
Familiarity with welding, bolting, and structural assembly techniques.
Valuable communication and coordination skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and basic engineering software.
Robust problem-solving and site management abilities.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
