Job Description
CB Tech Institute is seeking experienced and enthusiastic Admission Counselors to join our energetic team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in driving student admissions, achieving monthly enrollment targets, and guiding prospective students about our academic programs.
This is a client-facing role that requires excellent communication skills, professionalism, and a passion for helping students succeed.
Key Responsibilities
Counsel prospective students through calls, walk-ins, and online inquiries regarding course offerings, admission procedures, and career opportunities.
Follow up with leads and maintain regular communication to achieve monthly admission targets.
Convert inquiries into successful admissions through effective counseling techniques.
Maintain and update records in MS Excel formats.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth admission process.
Provide accurate information regarding courses, fees, eligibility, and class schedules.
Assist in organizing seminars, webinars, and orientation sessions when required.
Requirements
Minimum 1 year experience in admission counseling preferred.
Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel.
Ability to achieve targets and work in a team environment.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
