Job Responsibilities:
Visit customer sites for installation, servicing, and maintenance activities.
Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues at customer locations.
Attend breakdown complaints and provide timely resolutions.
Coordinate with the service team for spare parts and technical support.
Maintain service reports and update daily visit records.
Ensure proper functioning and performance of equipment after service.
Provide technical guidance and support to customers.
Follow company safety and service protocols during field visits.

Requirements:
Diploma / ITI / Degree in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, or related field.
Prior experience in field service or maintenance preferred.
Basic troubleshooting and technical knowledge.
Valuable communication and customer handling skills.
Willingness to travel for field visits.

Preferred:
Experience in battery, inverter, automotive, or OEM industry.
