Titan, a leading accessories company, is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Quality Assurance (First Team) Executive to join our team in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India. As a Quality Assurance Executive, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our products.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct quality checks on incoming materials and finished products to ensure they meet company standards and customer requirements
Develop and implement quality control procedures and guidelines to improve product quality and reduce defects
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve quality issues
Monitor and analyze product performance data to identify trends and areas for improvement
Conduct regular audits of production processes to ensure compliance with quality standards
Train and mentor team members on quality control procedures and best practices
Communicate with suppliers and vendors to address quality concerns and ensure timely delivery of high-quality materials
Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in quality control techniques to continuously improve processes and procedures
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree
1 - 3 years of experience in customer relationship management
Robust understanding of quality control principles and techniques
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and in a team workplace
Proficient in Microsoft Office and quality control software
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
