Position: Relationship Executive
Department: Sales / Business Development
Reporting To: Branch Manager / Relationship Team Leader

Job Summary

The Relationship Executive is responsible for generating new business, maintaining customer relationships, achieving sales targets, and ensuring timely loan collections. The role involves field visits, customer acquisition, loan sourcing, and providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities
Generate current business through field visits, referrals, and local market activities.
Achieve monthly business and collection targets assigned by the company.
Build and maintain robust relationships with existing and prospective customers.
Explain loan products, eligibility criteria, interest rates, and repayment terms to customers.
Collect customer documents and complete loan application formalities.
Coordinate with the credit and operations teams for smooth loan processing and disbursement.
Follow up with customers for timely EMI payments and overdue collections.
Resolve customer queries and provide prompt after-sales service.
Maintain daily visit reports, customer records, and sales activities.
Identify current business opportunities in the assigned territory.




Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Educational Qualification
12th Pass or Any Graduate from a recognized board/university.

Experience
Freshers are welcome.
Candidates with 0–3 years of experience in sales, banking, NBFC, microfinance, insurance, or customer relationship management will be preferred.

Required Skills
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Customer handling and relationship-building ability.
Sales and negotiation skills.
Basic knowledge of smartphones and MS Office.
Ability to work in the field and achieve targets.
Willingness to travel within the assigned area.
