Job Responsibilities:
Welcome and assist customers in a friendly and skilled manner.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable clothing.
Explain product features, sizes, fabrics, and offers.
Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
Maintain cleanliness and attractive product displays.
Arrange, fold, and replenish stock on shelves.
Help with inventory counting and stock management.
Assist in billing and handle cash/POS transactions (if required).
Handle customer queries, exchanges, and complaints politely.
Maintain a positive shopping experience for every customer.
Requirements
Minimum qualification: 10th/12th Pass.
Experience in retail sales preferred (Freshers can also apply).
Positive communication skills in Hindi (basic English is a plus).
Honest, punctual, and customer-friendly.
Willing to learn and work in a team.
Basic smartphone knowledge.
