Job Title: Performance Marketing Manager

About the Role

We are looking for a data-driven Performance Marketing Manager to manage and optimize paid marketing campaigns across multiple D2C and healthcare brands. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with Meta Ads, Google Ads, and YouTube Ads, and be responsible for driving ROAS, CPL, and CAC through strategic campaign execution.

Key Responsibilities
Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across Meta Ads, Google Ads, and YouTube Ads.
Manage campaign budgets and maximize ROAS.
Create and optimize campaign structures for awareness, consideration, and conversions.
Conduct A/B testing on creatives, audiences, landing pages, and bidding strategies.
Monitor campaign performance and generate weekly/monthly reports.
Set up and manage GA4, Meta Pixel, and Google Tag Manager tracking.
Collaborate with creative, SEO, and social media teams.
Identify growth opportunities through competitor analysis and audience optimization.

Required Skills
2–4 years of experience in Performance Marketing.
Hands-on experience with Meta Business Manager.




Strong expertise in Google Ads (Search, Display, Performance Max).
Experience managing YouTube Ads campaigns.
Proficiency in GA4, Meta Pixel, and Google Tag Manager.
Strong analytical skills with Excel/Google Sheets.
Positive understanding of ROAS, CAC, LTV, and D2C marketing funnels.

Good to Have
Experience with Click-to-WhatsApp Ads.
Knowledge of Shopify or WooCommerce tracking.
Familiarity with marketing automation tools.
Experience with D2C health, wellness, or nutraceutical brands.
