We are looking for a responsible and experienced Site Supervisor for Commercial Interior Projects to oversee site execution, coordinate with teams, and ensure project completion as per quality and timeline requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise day-to-day site activities and workforce
Coordinate with project managers, designers, vendors, and contractors
Ensure work execution as per drawings and project specifications
Monitor project progress and maintain daily site reports
Check material quality, quantity, and site requirements
Ensure timely completion of projects within deadlines
Maintain safety standards and site discipline
Handle client/site coordination and resolve execution issues
Track pending works and update management regularly
Ensure proper utilization of materials and manpower
Safety Training Responsibilities:
Conduct basic safety orientation for workers and site staff
Ensure proper usage of PPE (Helmet, Safety Shoes, Gloves, etc.)
Monitor and maintain site safety standards daily
Identify and report unsafe activities or site conditions
Coordinate with the management team regarding safety compliance
Ensure workers follow safety procedures and company policies
Maintain accident prevention measures at the site
Support emergency response and safety awareness activities
Qualification:
B.Tech / Diploma in Civil Engineering
Experience:
2–5 years of experience in commercial interior fit-out projects
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
