About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Real Estate Portfolio Manager to join our team. This role is ideal for fresh graduates or early-career professionals who are interested in real estate, property management, client relationships, and portfolio analysis. Key Responsibilities
Assist in managing and monitoring a portfolio of residential and/or commercial properties.
Support property acquisition, leasing, and sales activities.
Coordinate with clients, brokers, developers, and internal teams.
Maintain accurate property records, documentation, and reports.
Conduct market research and analyze real estate trends.
Help prepare presentations, proposals, and portfolio performance reports.
Ensure timely follow-up with clients and stakeholders.
Assist in resolving tenant or client queries professionally.
Monitor lease renewals, occupancy, and property performance.
Stay updated on local real estate regulations and market developments.
Eligibility
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Finance, Commerce, Marketing, or a related field.
Freshers are encouraged to apply.
Internship or project experience in real estate is an added advantage.
Required Skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic knowledge of the real estate industry is preferred.
Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
