About the Role

We are looking for a proactive detail-oriented skilled to act as the primary bridge between our clients and internal creative/execution teams/vendors. You will handle end-to-end coordination for diverse marketing projects, ensuring seamless delivery, high client satisfaction and business growth.

Key Responsibilities
Act as the dedicated point of contact for clients, understanding their brand guidelines, business objectives and marketing requirements.
Partner closely with internal creative, strategy, production and digital teams to ensure projects are executed on time and within budget.
Translate client requirements into clear, actionable creative briefs for the execution teams.
Identify organic growth opportunities within existing client accounts to pitch additional marketing services and solutions.

Required Skills & Qualifications




Minimum 1 year of experience in Client Servicing or Account Management within a Marketing Advertising Agency
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Mass Media, Communication or Business Administration.
Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously.
Solid understanding of marketing fundamentals.

Exposure to digital marketing campaigns and media planning
Robust organizational abilities and problem-solving skills.
