Job Summary:
The Picker & Packer is responsible for accurately picking, checking, packing, and preparing garments for dispatch while maintaining quality standards and inventory accuracy.
Key Responsibilities:
Pick garments and accessories as per order requirements.
Verify product style, size, color, quantity, and quality before packing.
Pack items securely to prevent damage during transportation.
Label, scan, and prepare shipments for dispatch.
Maintain inventory accuracy by following warehouse procedures.
Report damaged, missing, or incorrect items to the supervisor.
Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and safe.
Follow company policies, safety guidelines, and quality standards.
Assist with stock receiving, sorting, and replenishment when required.
Meet daily productivity and accuracy targets.
Requirements:
High school education or equivalent.
0–2 years of experience in a garment, apparel, or warehouse setting.
Basic knowledge of inventory handling and barcode scanning.
Ability to lift and move cartons as required.
Valuable attention to detail, accuracy, and teamwork.
Willingness to work shifts and overtime during peak seasons.
Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹15,600.00 per month
