Responsibilities:
Assess patients' health conditions and record medical histories.
Monitor and record vital signs (temperature, pulse, respiration, blood pressure).
Administer medications, injections, IV fluids, and treatments as prescribed.
Assist doctors during examinations, surgeries, and medical procedures.
Provide wound care, dressing changes, catheter care, and other nursing procedures.
Maintain accurate patient records and nursing documentation.
Educate patients and families on treatment plans, medications, nutrition, and disease prevention.
Ensure infection prevention and control practices are followed.
Respond to medical emergencies and provide first aid or basic life support.
Coordinate with doctors and other healthcare specialists for patient care.
Supervise nursing assistants and support staff when required.
Maintain medical equipment and ward inventory.
