Job description:

Experience Required:

Minimum 3–5 years of experience in interior furniture and fit-out production. Candidates with experience in factory operations and modular furniture manufacturing will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities:
Receive production drawings and work instructions from the Production Manager/Project Manager.
Study drawings, specifications, measurements, and production requirements before commencing work.
Coordinate with the Project Manager, Interior Designer, and Production Manager to clarify technical details whenever required.
Supervise factory workers and carpenters, assigning daily production tasks and ensuring work is completed as per schedule.
Ensure production is carried out according to approved drawings, quality standards, and timelines.
Monitor production progress and update the Production Manager on the daily status.
Ensure proper utilization of materials and minimize wastage during the production process.
Report material shortages or production issues to the Production Manager and Purchase Department in advance.




Conduct routine quality inspections during production and rectify defects before dispatch.
Ensure all finished products are properly packed, labeled, and protected before transportation.
Supervise the handling, storage, and movement of materials and finished products within the factory.
Ensure all hardware, fittings, and furniture components function properly before dispatch.
Maintain production records, daily work reports, and manpower attendance.
Ensure factory cleanliness, safety procedures, and disciplined work practices are maintained at all times.
Coordinate with the installation team to ensure timely dispatch of finished products.
Follow company policies, production schedules, and instructions issued by the Production Manager and Factory Manager.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
