ICU Doctor (Resident Medical Officer / ICU Medical Officer)

Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualification (Any one of the following):
MBBS + MD/MS/DNB in Anesthesia
MBBS + MD/DNB in Emergency Medicine
MBBS with a minimum of 4 years of hands-on ICU experience in a recognized hospital

Experience
Postgraduate candidates: Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.
MBBS candidates: Minimum 4 years of ICU experience is mandatory.

Key Responsibilities
Manage critically ill patients admitted to the ICU.
Perform clinical assessment, diagnosis, and treatment planning.
Monitor ventilated and hemodynamically unstable patients.




Handle emergency procedures and resuscitation protocols.
Coordinate patient care with consultants and other clinical departments.
Maintain accurate medical records and ensure adherence to hospital protocols.
Communicate effectively with patients' families regarding treatment and progress.

Salary
MBBS + Postgraduate (Anesthesia/Emergency Medicine): ₹1,40,000 per month (Fixed)
MBBS with 4+ years ICU experience: Salary will be commensurate with experience and hospital norms.
